Belonging to the magnesium-potassium series of refining agents, it is suitable for high-magnesium alloys.
During the refining process of aluminum alloys, the aluminum dross removed is subjected to a secondary refining step, where a "chao hui" agent helps raise the temperature and enhances the separation of aluminum from the dross, thereby improving the recovery rate of metallic aluminum contained within the dross.

This is a magnesium-potassium series refining agent, specifically designed for high-magnesium alloys. Compliant with national policies, this model is an environmentally friendly product that effectively removes inclusions, degasses the melt, and enhances the performance of aluminum materials.
High-efficiency aluminum ash separator
During the refining process of aluminum alloys, the aluminum dross removed is subjected to a secondary refining step, where a "chao hui" agent helps raise the temperature and enhances the separation of aluminum from the dross, thereby improving the recovery rate of metallic aluminum contained within the dross.
This is an environmentally friendly refining agent suitable for various aluminum alloys (excluding high-magnesium alloys), with an optimal refining temperature range of 680°C to 750°C. The product is a remelting granular refining agent, prepared by first mixing and stirring inorganic compounds such as chloride and fluoride salts, followed by high-temperature melting to remove crystalline water and harmful impurities. It is then crushed, screened (to achieve particle sizes between 0.85mm and 3mm), and finally packaged.
Aluminum alloy refining agents are commonly used auxiliary materials during the aluminum alloy melting process, primarily designed to remove hydrogen and floating oxide inclusions from the molten aluminum, resulting in purer aluminum liquid.
During the aluminum melt refining process, significant amounts of aluminum dross are produced, necessitating the use of a slag-removal agent before refining to eliminate impurities. This prevents the aluminum dross from igniting during refining, thereby minimizing aluminum loss. Additionally, the slag-removal agent enhances the efficient separation of molten aluminum from the dross, making subsequent skimming operations easier while also delivering a certain level of refining effect.
