This is an environmentally friendly refining agent suitable for various aluminum alloys (excluding high-magnesium alloys), with an optimal refining temperature range of 680°C to 750°C. The product is classified as a remelting granular refining agent, produced by first mixing and stirring inorganic compounds such as chloride and fluoride salts, followed by high-temperature melting to remove crystalline water and harmful impurities. It is then crushed, screened (to achieve particle sizes between 0.85 mm and 3 mm), and finally packaged.
This refining agent not only improves aluminum quality by refining, removing impurities, and refining the grain structure, but also enhances the working environment while aligning with national environmental protection policies. Its drawback is its relatively high price; however, as an eco-friendly refining agent, it offers significant advantages.
